Mark IV

The Jaguar company started production in 1939 with 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 litre models, which initially all used engines designed by the Standard Motor Company. Eventually, the 2.5 and 3.5 litre six-cylinder engines were made in house by Jaguar themselves. These cars have become known unofficially as Mark IVs.,5_SS_DHC_1939.jpeg
